African philosophy has gained increasing interest in recent years as a significant contributor to global ethical debates. Namibia, with its diverse cultural heritage and unique historical context, offers a rich field for exploring these intersections. An action research approach will be employed, involving interviews with key stakeholders including philosophers, ethicists, and community leaders. Data collection methods include semi-structured questionnaires and focus group discussions. The findings indicate a strong preference for incorporating indigenous ethical frameworks into modern legal and social systems, particularly in resolving disputes related to land rights and cultural heritage preservation. African philosophy plays a pivotal role in shaping ethical discourse in Namibia by providing culturally relevant solutions that bridge traditional wisdom with contemporary issues. The integration of African philosophical insights into formal education curricula could enhance the understanding and application of ethics among future leaders and citizens.
