ESSC v15. 2 presents a unified structural framework connecting galactic dynamics, geometric closure, observation, and relational ontology. The empirical foundation is constructed using SPARC rotation curve decomposition (Rotmod) data. We directly reconstruct baryonic and halo contributions and define the true baryon fraction without relying on secondary fitting relations. Across 124 galaxies, we find that the baryon fraction is strongly controlled by a geometric deviation parameter and follows a universal sigmoid family. The key empirical result is that the functional form is universal, while the transition sharpness is governed by global spatial statistics, especially the galaxy scale ratio (Rₘax / Rₘed). This indicates that the baryon–halo transition is not determined by local dynamics alone but by global structural properties. From this empirical structure, we derive a minimal theoretical chain: circular closure → exponential deformation → normalized sigmoid observation. This leads to the identification: π (closure) → e (ratio-based deformation) → sigmoid (observational normalization). Within this framework: - Observation is defined as normalized selection between competing relational structures. - Time is defined as the distribution of structural change. - Consciousness is defined as the selection of relational pairs. - Existence is defined as closure of relation.
