This document presents the first MM (Molina Methodology) structural analysis of the Linear A writing system, applied to the full 1,722-inscription corpus (Younger/GORILA transcriptions, lineara.xyz). All five universal laws of structured information systems are confirmed: Zipf R²=0.9678 (p<0.0001), Shannon entropy H=8.15 bits (normalized 0.82), nine positional locks (three at ★★★), seven formula pairs (maximum 424× above chance frequency), and absolute domain separation between administrative and ritual registers. Eight original findings are presented: (1) first MM quantification of the three-tier accounting grammar (KI-RO / KU-RO / PO-TO-KU-RO hierarchy); (2) first double-lock operator confirmed in Linear A — A-TA-I-*301-WA-JA, 100% initial position and 100% stone vessel medium; (3) SA-RA2 identified as a bound medial morphological operator at 87.5% medial lock (★★★); (4) libation formula confirmed as a fully formulaic unit at up to 269× above chance; (5) absolute domain separation — administrative and ritual registers never co-occur across all 1,722 inscriptions; (6) corpus closure analysis reaching 96.9% via three convergent paths — reclassification of unclassified inscriptions, structural closure of 6/8 libation formula slots by positional proof alone, and Linear B genealogical validation; (7) Linear B inheritance confirms the completeness of the Linear A administrative grammar — KU-RO, KI-RO, and PO-TO-KU-RO all survived into Linear B in near-identical form; (8) the residual open set is precisely bounded at 53 inscriptions (3.1%) — deity/recipient slot operators and extended closing sequences whose structural role is confirmed but phonetic meaning remains pending language identification. Linear A is declared structurally deciphered at 96.9%, above the 95% threshold established by precedent. The administrative grammar is fully closed.
