This article is based on the perspective of business management, combined with human resource management theory and the characteristics of artificial intelligence technology. It systematically analyzes the application scenarios and practical effects of artificial intelligence in recruitment channel expansion, resume screening, interview assessment, and talent evaluation. It analyzes the problems of insufficient technological adaptation, data security risks, and lack of humanistic care in current applications, and proposes targeted optimization strategies from four dimensions: technological iteration, process optimization, risk prevention and control, and talent cultivation. It provides theoretical reference and practical path for enterprises to use artificial intelligence to improve the quality and efficiency of human resource management and strengthen core competitiveness.
