Despite the potential of BIM technologies, their application in building reconstruction is limited by the absence of a methodology for recording the dynamics of foundation settlements. This paper proposes a methodology based on the integration of specialized attributes for storing time stamps and settlement values in text format, followed by spline interpolation. The concept of transitioning from LOD G to LOD I is introduced, with visualization through Dynamo/Revit API and export to IFC, enabling the analysis of measured or simulated foundation deformations without altering the base geometry of the model.
