We present a unified theoretical framework built on Einstein–Cartan gravity with an axial torsion–scalar mixing term, where the axial torsion pseudovector coupling is fixed uniquely by a cyclic entropy–reset condition (ξ ≈ 0. 5), and φ is a tracker scalar with mass m ≪ H₀. The model replaces the cosmological constant with a dynamical torsion energy density, reproducing observed accelerated expansion without fine-tuning. The framework resolves 30 major open problems including dark energy, baryogenesis, the strong CP problem, the Hubble tension, UHECR origin, quantum gravity signatures, spin–statistics, black hole information, and derives the Standard Model gauge group SU (3) ×SU (2) ×U (1) from the Fibonacci quantum group at q=e^ (2πi/5). The defect network forms a Fibonacci anyon topological quantum error-correcting code. It makes six explicit, falsifiable predictions for experiments completing before 2030 (IPTA, CTA, nEDM, DESI/Euclid, LiteBIRD, LSST) with stated null-result falsification thresholds. A hard prediction r ≈ 3×10⁻³ is made for LiteBIRD. Three numerical calculations remain pending (electroweak scale, CMB amplitude, gauge couplings). A final section presents the Six-Path Architecture — a philosophical interpretation — explicitly labeled non-falsifiable and separated from the scientific core.
