This paper aims to develop a new method for occupational hazard assessment in the pharmaceutical industry for the health of workers. The Green-Fuzzy-MOSAR "G-F-MOSAR” method addresses existing risk analysis methods’ limitations and considers environmental impact and uncertainties. The method is based on a risk analysis and assessment approach, sustainable development principals, and fuzzy logic. The objective of this approach is to devise a novel table for the MOSAR method, aligning with the hazard assessment methodology and meeting the specified criteria for ensuring the occupational safety of workers. Potential hazards were identified based on the Risk Priority Number (RPN) calculated with the classic approach and fuzzy logic (F-RPN) to obtain the more accurate value of RPN in order to prioritize preventive or corrective actions. The provided method is implemented in the pharmaceutical sector specifically for the dry form manufacturing process.
