This document provides the technical extension of the Structured Resonant Coupling (SRC) framework. It describes the implementation architecture, parameter considerations, excitation structure, passive feedback configuration, and measurement methodology required to experimentally investigate the SRC hypothesis. The document is intended as a companion to the Level-1 conceptual framework, which defines the theoretical basis, hypotheses, and falsification criteria. All system descriptions are formulated to enable reproducible experimental realization under controlled conditions. Parameter ranges, architectural constraints, and measurement procedures are specified in a manner consistent with classical electromagnetic and circuit theory. This work does not introduce new physical principles and does not claim energy amplification or violation of conservation laws. Its purpose is to support independent replication and critical evaluation of temporally structured excitation in reactive systems. The validity of the framework depends entirely on reproducible experimental observation. This document is intended to be used in conjunction with the Level-1 conceptual framework (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.19188004).
