This study proposes evaluation methods to assess learners' understanding of knowledge at different educational stages in production process education. First, a method is developed to quantify the level of understanding for each stage. Then, to visualize learners’ transitions between stages during the learning and review process, a ratio-based evaluation method is introduced. The effectiveness of the proposed methods is verified through a group learning case study using a ballpoint pen assembly.
