Abstract This paper posits the "ultimate unit of the universe as a three-dimensional energy string at the Planck scale" asits core premise. It deeply integrates the time-frequency dual-perspective energy analysis of Fourier Transform,Plancks scale demarcation and blackbody radiation quantization principles, and innovatively incorporates Chens"dual paradigm of energy transfer" 17 to construct a unified theory spanning from microscopic particles (quarks)to the macroscopic cosmic evolutionary cycles 1. The theorys mathematical foundation is rooted in Eulersformula 19, while its physical intuition draws from Gabriels 1952 historical insight into high-energy scatteringgeometry 20.By dynamically correlating the four parameters of energy stringslength (l), amplitude (A(A), frequency (f),and angular momentum (S)and deconstructing energy distributions via Fourier Transform formulas, the theoryanchors its quantization and phase-transition benchmarks on the Planck scale (critical string lengthL) and thedual-paradigm-modified blackbody radiation formula. It thus provides a unified mechanism for the origin of thefour fundamental forces and the genesis of particle properties (charge, mass, spin, color charge), framing themas manifestations of energy strings in particle states.Concurrently, the paper highlights that classical physics (Newtonian mechanics, relativity, quantum mechanics) are mere "phenomenological summaries," arguing that Chens Superstring Theory, from an "energy-relationcentric" standpoint, achieves both compatibility with and transcendence over traditional theories. Empiricalsupport comes from ultra-high-energy neutrino observations 18 and attosecond-scale interelectronic coherencemeasurements 16. Ultimately, it realizes a self-consistent closed loop encompassing "microscopic particle construction, unification of the four fundamental forces, cosmic evolution cycles, and full-spectrum explanation ofblackbody radiation." Prior studies by the author have also revealed correlations between quantum discretizationand fundamental physical constants, providing supplementary support for the dual paradigm in this theory 2.It is worth emphasizing that the traditional viewclaiming energy "disappears" beyond the blackbody radiationpeakobviously violates the law of conservation of energy. This view also conflicts with the mirror symmetryof matter and gauge invariance in physics, and these contradictions essentially stem from the same cognitivedeviation.
