This paper presents a parameter-free derivation of the vacuum energy density of the universe (cosmological constant) from the first principles of the Universal Processing Law (UPL). The Mechanism Dark energy is identified as the accumulated hardware residue of Decisive Clicks, the irreversible quantum state-selection events in the UPL framework. The microscopic Click rate of any matter particle is identified with the Zitterbewegung frequency of the Dirac equation: = 2mc²/. Each Click deposits a residue equal to H₀ (the de Sitter horizon energy) into the dormant vacuum hardware pixels. The Result Integrating over the full matter history of the observable universe using the Friedmann equation, all physical constants cancel algebraically, yielding: _ = 23\, ₂ₑ₈ₓ 5. 688 10^-27\;kg/m³ The observed value is 5. 844 10^-27\;kg/m³. Agreement: 97. 3%. Zero free parameters. The factor 2/3 is a pure geometric consequence of the Zitterbewegung frequency (factor of 2) and three-dimensional spatial integration (factor of 3). Standard quantum field theory overpredicts vacuum energy by 10^123. UPL reproduces it to 97. 3% by counting Clicks.
