Dhat syndrome, a culturally influenced psychosomatic condition prevalent in South Asia, has been extensively studied in men but remains underexplored in women. Female Dhat syndrome involves the misinterpretation of vaginal discharge as a pathological loss of energy, leading to physical and psychological distress similar to men in the case of semen loss. This condition is deeply rooted in cultural, religious, and societal norms, compounded by limited health literacy. This study aims to explore the presentations, cultural influences, clinical features, comorbidities, and diagnostic and therapeutic challenges of female Dhat syndrome, emphasizing holistic and culturally sensitive management strategies. This study includes the presentation of four females in a tertiary hospital in Delhi.
