This research presents a framework for mapping energy distribution through a high-resolution geodetic grid. By utilizing a 1,080-node registry, the study identifies structural connections between Earth’s rotational timing and localized energy patterns. The model provides a consistent method for reconciling timing gaps in the global grid within a unified topological structure. This project establishes a fixed theoretical baseline for planetary stabilization research and offers a standardized dataset for forensic nodal auditing.
