Purpose: This study examines how work environment and job satisfaction influence turnover intention among beauty industry workers, to offer valuable insights into how to reduce turnover rates in the beauty industry.Methods: A self-administered online questionnaire survey of beauty industry workers aged 20 years and older was conducted. Data were analyzed with SPSS 25.0, using frequency, correlation, and multiple regression analyses.Results: The finds showed that both work environment and job satisfaction had strong adverse effects on the work conditions and interpersonal relationships aspects of turnover intention.Conclusion: The findings indicate that improving the work environment and job satisfaction can effectively reduce turnover intention among employees in the beauty industry. Therefore, improving the work environment and implementing activities to improve job satisfaction in the beauty industry will lead to stable employment and harmonious labor–management relations.
