Aim. It is known that dental cleaning products containing nano-particles of hydroxyapatite can have a remineralizing effect on the hard tissues of teeth. The study of the anti-carious efficacy of pastes with nano-particles of hydroxyapatite in preschool children is very promising. The aim of the study was to evaluate the clinical anti-carious efficacy of children’s toothpaste containing nano-particles of hydroxyapatite in preschool children with a high risk of caries. Materials and methods. The present study included preschool children from 3 years old to 6 years old with cp (h) >5. The main group of children, consisting of 30 people with previously performed dental dental rehabilitation under general anesthesia, used daily toothpaste containing nano-particles of hydroxyapatite. In the comparison group, there were children with previously performed dental dental rehabilitation and uncontrolled use of toothpastes. The study was carried out for 1 year. Follow-up examinations were conducted at the beginning of the study, after 3 months, 6 months, and one year. Clinical tests were performed during each visit. Results. According to the obtained clinical data, by the end of the study, a decrease in the reduction of growth indicators was observed in the main group of children: the index of caries intensity of primary teeth kpu(h) by 25%; the ICDAS II index (codes 0.1,2.3) by 48%; the laser fluorescence of enamel (CU) by 64.6%; the criterion “secondary caries” the FDI scale is 52%. Conclusion. The use of nano-hydroxyapatite toothpaste in preschool children has shown some clinical anti-carious efficacy.
