This report constitutes the first version of the deliverable 4.1 regarding the documentation and design of the first open call. The report outlines a list of documents introducing the interested parties to the XR2Learn project and the first open call and guide them through the processes to follow. Specifically, they present the open call’s objectives, targeted stakeholders and timeline and inform about the eligibility and evaluation criteria, as well as the expected phases for the execution of the sub-projects. Furthermore, they provide the applicants with templates that can be used to facilitate the submission process and ensure the immutability of the context. Lastly, applicants are also provided with a set of Frequently Asked Questions that help streamline information access and ensure uniformity of mandatory data. This report will be updated in M22 with the documents relevant to the design of the second open call, centred around application piloting.
