This study conducts a comprehensive bibliometric analysis to systematically examine the relationship between employee performance and learning organizations. Using bibliometric indicators such as topic clusters, citation networks, publication trends, and significant contributors, it maps the existing scholarly work in this field. The methodology involved extracting data from the Scopus database, followed by the analysis of research trends, collaboration patterns, and influential publications using tools such as the Visualization of Similarities (VOS) viewer. Since 2010, the results indicate a steady increase in publications, predominantly from Western nations, with key themes focusing on knowledge management, performance outcomes, and digital transformation. The findings highlight empirical links between enhanced employee productivity, engagement, and innovation, and organizational learning principles such as shared vision, systems thinking, and continuous knowledge sharing, particularly in knowledge-intensive industries undergoing digital transformation. The study underscores the importance of fostering learning cultures and leveraging technological enablement to improve performance, offering valuable insights for managers and policymakers.
