This fourteenth paper in the 9-Dimensional Unified Entropy Topological Evolution (9D-USTE) series formalizes the topological identity of consciousness. It establishes that individual consciousness corresponds to a unique, continuous, temporally irreversible entropy trajectory anchored at an intrinsic observer origin in 9-dimensional orthogonal space. Key theorems include topological uniqueness, irreversibility, non-branching, and the distinction between isomorphic copies and genuine branches.
