A numerical study of the energy spectrum of developed quantum turbulence at a steady-state counterflow with laminar normal component is conducted. The statistical approach is used to calculate the kinetic energy distribution over length scales. Vortex loop configurations corresponding to the steady-state vortex tangle densities are studied for various temperatures and counterflow velocities. Quasi-classical behavior of quantum turbulence is not observed in the dynamics of the vortex systems considered.
