This paper presents a complete mechanism for baryogenesis within Chrono-Grid Dynamics (CGD). The key ingredient is the formation of phase domains during the spin-network condensation, with CP violation localized at domain boundaries. Using parameters derived from previous CGD works (ε = 0. 078, β = 0. 26, ξ ~ 10^-2 H₀^-1), we obtain a parameter-free prediction ηB = (6. 1 ± 1. 2) × 10^-10, in agreement with Planck observations. The model also predicts a non-zero correlation between baryon density and neutrino mass, detectable at 3-5σ by CMB-S4, Euclid and DUNE. Version 1 — initial release.
