This article lay emphasize on constructing a Photovoltaic (PV) module, based on individual diode type using the mathematical relations governing it. The model developed is simulated in MATLAB/SIMULINK and the performance of the module for changing conditions of radiation, temperature, series resistance and ideality factor are explored. The influence of these parameters on the Maximum Power output, Efficiency and Fill Factor are studied for Solkar 36W PV module.
