"This paper presents the Energy Frequency Theory (EFT), a novel cosmological framework that derives the properties of the universe from a single fundamental postulate: energy is identical to frequency, and the evolution of the universe is governed by the decay of temporal intensity. By defining a dimensionless parameter Ti (Temporal Intensity) and its interaction with the Planck mass, we provide a geometric derivation of the Stefan-Boltzmann constant (= ²/60) and resolve two of the most significant crises in modern physics: The Hubble Tension: EFT resolves the discrepancy between local and CMB measurements of H₀ through a temporal scaling factor K = 1. 088, without invoking new dark energy. Dark Matter: The theory accounts for galactic rotation curves (SPARC data) via a scalar field derived from a Maximum Symmetry Point (= 3/2), eliminating the need for unobserved particles. The model is tested against 175 galaxies and the Pantheon+ cosmological sample, showing superior fit to standard. This work suggests that the universe is not composed of dark substances, but is a self-consistent geometric manifestation of frequency decay. "
