This paper applies the Temporal Dynamics Framework to Andrica's Conjecture (1986), which states that the square root of p₍+₁ minus the square root of pₙ is less than 1 for all consecutive primes. The Andrica values are computed and analysed through Universal Prime resonance. The correlation improvement of r-squared approximately 3. 3% is modest but statistically robust, consistent with the theoretical framework without providing definitive proof. Two diagnostic figures are included. Paper 33 in the Temporal Dynamics Framework Research Series.
