Simultaneous ipsilateral total hip arthroplasty (THA) and total knee arthroplasty (TKA) are uncommon and associated with higher perioperative risk than staged procedures. Robotic assistance introduces additional planning challenges, as current systems require a sequential workflow and do not support simultaneous execution. We report a case of same-session ipsilateral THA and TKA using robotic assistance and three-dimensional preoperative planning. To our knowledge, no previous reports have described integrated robotic planning for both ipsilateral joints within a single operative session. This strategy may enhance precision in implant positioning and limb alignment while consolidating rehabilitation.
