This article documents a shift in the regime of scientific production: the Distributed Execution Method. By decoupling Ontological Agency (human intuition) from Technical Agency (AI formalization), we demonstrate how a fundamental physics program—the Ontology of Irreducible Execution—can be developed without institutional gatekeeping. We formally establish Axiom IV, which postulates that knowledge is a distributed computational process, and present the Architecture of Verification (XAI Protocol) that governs all derivations in the associated technical trilogy: Block I (Axiomatic Core), Block II (Geometric Emergence), and Block III (Galactic Mechanics). This program is designed as a Formal Seed for Deferred Computational Validation. ### REPOSITORY IDENTIFIERS AND PROTOCOLS.
