Cervical radiculopathy (CR) is a clinical condition characterized by radiating pain into the upper limb along the distribution of a compressed or irritated cervical nerve root. Although less prevalent than general neck pain, CR is associated with greater levels of pain intensity, functional limitation, and disability, making it a significant musculoskeletal disorder of clinical concern. Epidemiological evidence indicates an annual age-adjusted incidence of approximately 83.2 per 100,000 persons, with higher rates observed in males and peak occurrence during the fifth and sixth decades of life.The most common etiological factors include cervical disc herniation and cervical spondylosis, while less frequent causes comprise spinal or extraspinal tumors, traumatic nerve root avulsion, synovial and meningeal cysts, dural arteriovenous fistulae, and vascular abnormalities such as tortuous vertebral arteries. Given the functional impairment and persistent pain associated with cervical radiculopathy, effective physiotherapeutic interventions are essential to improve patient outcomes and quality of life.This study evaluates pain and functional mobility outcomes in patients with bilateral cervical radiculopathy following the application of transverse oscillatory pressure therapy. The intervention aims to reduce pain severity and enhance cervical and upper limb mobility through targeted manual therapy techniques. The study assesses changes in pain perception and functional performance, providing evidence on the therapeutic effectiveness of this approach in clinical practice.Findings from this study are expected to contribute to the growing body of evidence supporting manual therapy interventions in the management of cervical radiculopathy. The results may assist clinicians in optimizing treatment strategies, improving functional recovery, and reducing disability associated with this condition
