This research looks at how the process for dealing with employee complaints affects their happiness at work. An effective grievance resolution system is crucial for maintaining a healthy relationship between employees and management. The main goal of this study is to check how well employees understand the steps they can take if they have a problem, and to see how well the current system for handling complaints works. The study uses primary data gathered through a detailed questionnaire given to employees ,Secondary data were gathered from books, journals, and online sources related to human resource management. Statistical methods like percentage analysis and chi-square analysis were used to understand the data. The study shows that most workers know about the process for raising concerns and think the company works to solve their problems. However, the study also suggests that improvements can be made in communication, transparency, and the speed of grievance resolution. The study finds that having a good system for handling complaints helps improve how happy employees are and creates a better place to work . Secondary data were gathered from books, journals, and online sources related to human resource management.
