This study aimed to propose an administrative model to improve the performance of academic leaders at the College of Applied Studies and Community Service at King Saud University in light of the situational leadership theory, through: knowing the level of performance of academic leaders at the College of Applied Studies and Community Service at King Saud University in light of the situational leadership theory. Proposing an appropriate administrative model to improve the performance of academic leaders at the College of Applied Studies and Community Service at King Saud University in light of the situational leadership theory. The study followed the descriptive survey method, and the study sample consisted of (45) individuals from academic leaders at the College of Applied Studies and Community Service at King Saud University. A questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting data, which consisted of (36) items distributed over three areas, namely: (relations, planning, and implementation). , follow-up and evaluation), The results of the study showed that the performance score of academic leaders in the College of Applied and Community Service at King Saud University came in an average degree, with an arithmetic mean of (3.38) and a standard deviation of (0.95), where the field of (planning and implementation) came in first place, with an average degree, and an arithmetic mean of (3.60). The standard deviation reached (0.96), while the field of (monitoring and evaluation) came in last place at an average level, with an arithmetic mean of (3.24) and a standard deviation of (0.92). The study reached a proposed administrative model to improve the performance of academic leaders at the College of Applied Studies and Community Service at King Saud University.
