Entrepreneurship plays a vital role in economic development, yet its progress under startup schemes remains limited. This study, titled “Causes behind Poor Progress of Entrepreneurship under Startup Schemes”, aims to identify the key factors and socio-economic problems restricting entrepreneurs. The objectives are to study the causes of poor progress and examine the challenges such as lack of awareness, financial barriers, and social constraints. The hypothesis tested is that lack of awareness about government schemes significantly affects entrepreneurship. The study highlights major obstacles and suggests policy-level improvements to enhance the effectiveness of startup schemes and promote sustainable growth of -led enterprises.
