The overall goal of this project is to accumulate valuable data on Chinese perimenopausal women by establishing a clinical cohort. On the one hand, we will observe the natural change pattern of female reproductive aging and explore its typical features; on the other hand, we will evaluate the effectiveness and safety of MHT in Chinese women's menopausal diseases, and gain an in-depth understanding of the mechanism of MHT's action on women's menopausal diseases.
