The decomposition theorem of arXiv: 2604. 00054 expresses the collision Fourier coefficient in terms of L (1, chi) and the diagonal character sum. This note defines an energetic complement-odd carrier by weighting primes by the digit deviation at a prime w coprime to the base, and reports that the resulting suppression factor converges to D₇ = 133/1682 independently of the gate prime.
