Based on the Pythagorean thought of mathematical and physical primitive, this paper carries out global dynamic re-optimization on the original Pythagorean truncated cone unified system. It completely abandons static geometric structure, external power input and traditional redundant mathematical parameters, and constructs a global unified theoretical framework with self-growth, self-drive, self-closure and high self-consistency. The optimized system takes meta-state, background and coupling as the core basic elements, embeds the system evolution power in the geometric taper difference of the truncated cone, realizes global dynamic growth and efficient interlayer interaction with a spiral hierarchical structure, breaks through the mathematical limitations bound by traditional complex numbers, negative numbers and dimensions, returns to the primitive mathematical logic of "all things are numbers", and provides an original and self-consistent theoretical path for the research of basic mathematics, physical laws and cosmic evolution.
