A Study on Employee Retention in Relation to Career Growth, Promotions, and Work Environment

In today’s competitive business world, retaining employees has become a major challenge for organizations. This study focuses on how human resource practices such as recruitment, training, performance appraisal, compensation, and employee engagement help in keeping employees satisfied and committed. The research is based on data collected through questionnaires from employees. The findings show that when employees feel valued, supported, and fairly treated, they are more likely to stay with the organization.
