Background: Rotator Cuff injury characterized by irritation of rotator cuff tendon leading to pain, restricted range of motion (ROM), and functional impairment. Rehabilitation strategies such as open and closed kinetic chain exercises are commonly employed to restore shoulder function and alleviate symptoms. Before and after stating intervention, I’m using outcome measures for the purpose of result of patient recovery. Methodology: This case report discusses about 25-year-old patient presenting with rotator cuff injury from 6 months after playing cricket. The patient's medical history, clinical examination findings were analyzed. Then provide rehabilitation open and closed kinetic chain exercises. Results: Initial clinical evaluation revealed significant painful movement, particularly in internal and external rotation. The patient underwent and intensive rehabilitation program, conservative treatment with open and closed chain exercises. After 2 months of therapy the shoulder movement improved and the patient regained functional mobility. Conclusion: This case study demonstrates the effect of open and closed kinetic chain rehabilitation program in improving movement of shoulder joint, muscle strength, and functional mobility in a 25-year-old patient. The results suggest that early intervention and intensive rehabilitation can lead to significant improvements in rotator cuff muscle strength, overall mobility and reduce pain.
