This paper introduces the concept of ”Quantum Cat-Mechanics” as an intuitive extension of the Fermionic Universe Hypothesis (FUH). We postulate that elementary particles behave like feline solitons, whose inertia and mass are determined not by internal geometry, but by the viscous resistance of the surrounding fermionic Ocean. We present a formalism linking the mantissa of 1.2 to the dynamic response of the medium.
