This revised Paper 047 records the v5 update of the H4/E8 octonionic framework. It extends the previous E8 Lagrangian and BSM72 benchmark paper by incorporating two new computational refinements: a Gamma-9 chirality audit for the komaru dot-label sector and a golden-ratio construction of the CKM CP phase. The paper retains the effective field equation (i gammaᵐu Dₘu - M (k) ) psi (k) = 0, where the geometric mass function is M (k) = MZ phi^ (qH (k) +1/phi) lambda^|Q (k) |. The rest-frame relation E = M (k) c² is treated as the p = 0 limit of the Dirac dispersion relation within the model, not as a replacement of special relativity. The v5 update improves the dot-count audit to 40/48 while preserving a conservative interpretation of the dot-sign sector, which remains incomplete. It also introduces the CKM phase ansatz deltaCP = 2 arctan (1/phi) = 63. 435 degrees and reports a CKM magnitude reconstruction with an average error of approximately 1. 22% under the stated Fritzsch and benchmark inputs. The BSM72 spectrum is retained as a falsifiable six-level collider benchmark from 586. 6 GeV to 1207. 2 GeV, with updated LHC Run 3 / HL-LHC timing language reflecting the current CERN schedule.
