With the acceleration of the “dual‐carbon” goals and energy‐system digitalization, integrated energy systems (IESs) play a central role in multienergy coordination and low‐carbon operation. However, the introduction of emissions trading and the rise of cybersecurity threats impose concurrent constraints on the economy, decarbonization, and security. An energy–carbon–cyber collaborative optimization (ECCO) framework is proposed, establishing a triflow coupling mechanism among energy, carbon, and information flows to achieve unified optimization of economic cost, carbon performance, and security in IES operation. The framework adopts a bilevel feedback architecture: the upper layer performs economic dispatch and emission‐constrained optimization driven by carbon trading, while the lower layer dynamically updates a trust coefficient based on residuals indicative of False Data Injection (FDI). Furthermore, a dual closed‐loop feedback between carbon price and trust is designed to coordinate market incentives with cybersecurity defense objectives. The results suggest that ECCO provides a viable pathway for concurrent low‐carbon and secure energy management.
