This study is the strategic extension of CDGM theory after the completion of its main framework as a Theory of Everything. Building on CDGM’s achievements—full-scale physical unification with three axioms and zero free parameters, self-consistent embedding of Standard Model matter fields, and over twenty publicly released testable predictions—this paper formally proposes three civilization-level propositions: decoding dark matter and dark energy—explaining the invisible mass-energy accounting for over 95% of the universe through the scaling law of the information entropy field; inquiring into the origin of consciousness—deriving the physical basis of subjective experience from phase transitions of the information entropy field; and creating causal intelligence—achieving genuine Artificial General Intelligence that truly understands causal relationships through a discrete causal network architecture. All three directions are rooted in CDGM’s core axioms and the concept of the information entropy field, collectively forming a complete cognitive advancement path from the origin of the universe to matter, consciousness, and intelligence. Research objective: to establish, in an open, locked, and traceable manner, the strategic blueprint and scientific significance of CDGM’s outward extension, and to provide a clear collaboration framework for potential global partners. Expected outcome: a comprehensive research roadmap for civilization-level propositions. Core derivation details and specific equations have been presented in multiple embargoed papers; this paper discloses only the strategic framework and collaboration interface. Hereafter lies the boundary: CDGM has walked alone for ten years—now it is ready to walk with the world.
