This paper elucidates the true nature of dark matter and dark energy, moving beyond the standard cosmological paradigm of undiscovered particles and vacuum energy. Utilizing the Seonggil Theory of Composite Torsion (STCT) and Rough Operator Algebra (ROA), dark energy is mathematically formalized as a ’Global Topological Repulsion’ originating from the Weyl tensor topological entropy residual of the previous universe. Conversely, dark matter is redefined as ’Topological Condensation’—a localized geometrical drag effect caused by the constructive interference of golden ratio resonance frequencies and the subsequent concentration of Weyl tensor stress.
