This article examines the digitalization of public services with a focus on the effectiveness of e-government systems in modern governance. It analyzes global trends, statistical data from international organizations, and legal frameworks regulating electronic governance. The study highlights improvements in efficiency, transparency, accessibility, and citizen satisfaction resulting from digital transformation. It also explores challenges such as the digital divide, cybersecurity risks, and institutional readiness. Special attention is given to the experience of Uzbekistan, which has significantly advanced in e-government development in recent years.
