This systematic review aims to evaluate the bond strength of polyetheretherketone (PEEK) to dentin, considering different surface treatments and adhesive protocols. PEEK is a high-performance polymer widely used in dentistry due to its favorable biomechanical properties, such as low weight, excellent biocompatibility, and resistance to chemical degradation. However, its poor adhesion to dental structures remains a significant challenge for its clinical application. The review follows the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) guidelines, conducting a comprehensive search across major scientific databases to identify in vitro studies that assess the adhesion of PEEK to dentin.
