The world is currently going through unprecedented turbulence caused by the aspirations of the majority of the oppressed and now more enlightened part of the population by the most developed monopolistic countries, seeking international equality and a transition from the current unsustainable model to a permanent and ultimately viable sustainable development of the world on planet Earth. In contrast to various catastrophic scenarios, the most realistic expectations include defined cessations of all ongoing hegemonic wars and a radical multipolar reform of the United Nations, driven by the growing inertia of an increasing number of dissatisfied and religiously oriented people. In this context, the inevitable sustainable development of the world encompasses all activities across all countries. Local sustainable development - its planning, implementation, execution, and evaluation - is considered as an illustrative example. In many cases, progress in this area has been limited due to insufficient institutional attention and, in some instances, the influence of private interests in decision-making processes. Such practices need to be addressed in order to ensure more effective and equitable progress in sustainable development. Consequently, the focus of this scientific paper is the standardization of local sustainable development planning, which is of particular importance and relevance in the current period marked by an intensified global commitment to sustainable development. Accordingly, for this research, the author of this scientific paper created and applied an adequate research project based on which relevant data were collected and interpreted, whose final results enabled adequate standardization of local sustainable development planning, especially important at this moment, which will later be replaced by appropriate software. In this way, the standardization carried out here actually represents a created appropriate original model for the development of basic plans of local sustainable development in every country, which is why it is copyright protected.
