The aim is to examine how lamivudine affects serum corticosterone levels in adult male Wistar rats.
Adult male Wistar rats were randomly assigned to receive lamivudine or a control treatment.
Serum corticosterone levels were measured post-treatment to assess hormonal changes.
Lamivudine administration significantly reduced serum corticosterone levels compared to the control group.
Statistical analysis indicated a meaningful decrease in hormone levels with a p-value < 0.01.
