A projective recovery architecture in which general relativity and the gauge-field structure of quantum field theory / the Standard Model arise as observer-readable recovery sectors of a single LHFT structural operator. The central mechanism is the quadratic recovery sector of S1L, written in Dirac-type normal form, whose square yields curvature, gauge curvature, and mass / impedance terms.
