This record provides a C++17 synthetic toy-simulation companion to the separate STA Conditional Commitment Architecture (STA-CCA) future extension note. The benchmark runs Stages 1 through 8, covering falsification controls, output buffer/release gating, tool-call commitment gating, multi-agent cascade containment, semantic deabstraction ablation, state contamination, monitor-aware adaptation, and replication. Accepted total: 106,000,000 episode-runs. The results support only a narrow synthetic internal-consistency claim: under simplified toy assumptions, selected STA-CCA mechanisms behave in expected directions and expose expected tradeoffs. This record does not claim real-world LLM validation, multi-agent safety validation, deployment evidence, adversarial robustness, or proof of AI safety. It is not Paper 6 of the frozen STA Paper 1–5 core series. It is a separate simulation companion to the STA-CCA future extension note. The PDF report includes three color figures and a selected references section. The artifact ZIP includes Stage01–Stage08 C++17 source code, configs, run scripts, CSV outputs, pass/fail checks, reports, figures, and reference files.
