ABSTRACT Title: Ethical Passport Theory (EPT): A Global Framework for Human Intuition and Moral Survival in the Age of Artificial Intelligence Author: Arif Jameel Ethical Passport Theory (EPT) is not merely a critique of modern philosophy, but a robust ‘intellectual bridge’ that carries the ethical and scientific values of classical philosophy into this cutting-edge era of Artificial Intelligence (AI). Rather than declaring the decline or stagnation of modern philosophy, this theory demonstrates that philosophy has reached a stage in its evolution where the ‘Binary System’ (0,1) is no longer just mathematical digits, but has become the new language of human logic and choice. This paper introduces the original concept of the ‘Ethical Passport,’ building upon the ‘Architect Generation’ framework — a term first introduced by Arif Jameel in The Diella Doctrine. A preliminary search conducted across standard academic databases and search engines suggests that both concepts had not previously appeared as standardised philosophical terms in global scholarly literature — supporting their originality as coined terminology. Formal academic verification through systematic literature review is recommended. Arif Jameel is the originator of both concepts, presenting them as a framework for human survival in the age of AI. Beginning with the cosmological physics of Nizami Aruzi and Aristotle, this paper presents the premise that the five human senses are not just tools for gathering material information, but are ‘Spiritual and Ethical Passports’ capable of crossing the ‘Event Horizon’ that exists between matter and meaning. Through this theory, Arif Jameel introduces the concept of the ‘Architect Generation’ as a safeguard for human intuition, physical skills, and moral sovereignty amidst the dominance of technology. This theory addresses the intellectual void where science fails to answer ‘why’ and reintroduces man as a ‘Cognitive Architect’ of the universe. This paper offers a new definition of philosophy that integrates abstract thought with the ‘Binary System’ (0,1). To the author’s knowledge, and based on a preliminary search of existing literature, this is among the first frameworks to present binary code as an ‘Evolutionary Language’ of philosophy rather than mere mathematics or logic — a claim that warrants further verification through systematic academic review. Historical, Spiritual, and Scientific Context: This framework connects the divine observations of ancient Prophets — such as the Sidrat al-Muntaha and the ‘Lan Tarani’ (You shall not see Me) events — and the intellectual labours of great thinkers like Al-Ghazali, Iqbal, and Rumi with modern scientific metaphors. This theory defines the limit of reason identified by Al-Ghazali as a ‘Cosmic Address’ equivalent to the Black Hole’s ‘Event Horizon’; where material observation ends, the necessity of this theory begins. It builds an intellectual bridge between Hawking and Ghazali, and Einstein and Rumi, identifying ‘Ethical Consciousness’ rather than mere ‘Intelligence’ as humanity’s final pillar, declaring science focused solely on power as dangerous. This work is distinctive in that it bridges the intellectual gap between classical philosophical tradition and the modern digital era. Biological and Experimental Evidence: The theory draws upon biological and behavioural examples to suggest that the metaphysical ‘Knock of Light’ may be as innate to human nature as biological instincts. A key example is the documented behaviour of male drivers unconsciously hitting the brakes upon seeing a woman in attractive clothing, demonstrating the nervous system’s immediate response to external resonance. Similarly, the examples of Tarzan and Robinson Crusoe suggest that even in solitude or a jungle environment, human instinct naturally seeks ‘Light’ and ‘Natural Ethics.’ The first image of a Black Hole (April 2019) and the reported cave discovery on Venus (April 2026, pending full peer-reviewed confirmation) indicate that a vast emptiness may remain hidden behind the hardest material surfaces of the universe — and if confirmed, supports the central metaphor of this theory. Modern technology like ‘Ghost Murmur’ — as reported in popular media and used here as an illustrative metaphor — can detect a human pulse through mountains but remains blind to its ‘meaning’ and ‘purpose,’ symbolising the ‘Event Horizon’ of technology. The Five Senses and the Triangle of Light: The core mechanism of the theory is that the five senses are not just data gateways but lay the foundation of the ethical subconscious. The interconnected circle of the Self (Nafs), Heart (Qalb), Intellect (Aql), Conscience (Zameer), and Spirit (Rooh) with the senses is the foundation that issues the ‘Ethical Passport.’ This ‘Triangle of Light’ validates spirituality, metaphysics, and ethics. The ultimate goal of this theory is to prepare the Architect Generation (youth aged 15–25) to rise above the material binary and become ‘Moral Programmers’ in the age of AI, ensuring civilisational survival as travellers of Cosmic Light.
