Abstract Strategies and roadmaps are programmatic policy tools where each country establishes a vision, sets objectives, and projects measures to achieve them in different time horizons, based on the analysis of the national context, opportunities, and barriers. The comparative analysis of these strategies offers a perspective of the elements taken into account and the trends in the tools projected for the development of the new hydrogen sector worldwide.
