T cell infiltration, promoting M1 macrophage polarization, and elevating pro-inflammatory cytokine levels. Notably, systemic toxicity was significantly reduced compared to free CDDP. Collectively, this neutrophil-driven, dual-responsive nanoplatform represents a promising strategy for overcoming cisplatin resistance in breast cancer.
