On November 18, 2022, the Department of Criminal Enforcement Law of the Academy of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia jointly with the St. Petersburg Academy of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, as well as the Union of Criminologists and Criminologists within the framework of the International Scientific and Practical Conference “The Penal Enforcement System at the present stage, taking into account the implementation of the Concept of the Development of the penal enforcement system of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2030” (November 17-18, 2022) an international round table “The probation system in the Russian Federation: penal and other aspects” was held. A feature of the scientific event was a wide list of discussed issues due to theoretical and applied intersectoral problems arising during the implementation of the Institute of probation in the Russian Federation.
