The influence of controlled nanostructuring on the optical properties of copper films produced by the method of oblique angle deposition with substrate rotation was studied. Films in the form of nanohelix arrays and inclined nanocolumns with a kink in the middle are examined. High optical activity of these films in the 300–600 nm wavelength range is demonstrated, manifested in polarization rotation and circular dichroism.
